All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently do not ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium outdoor fabrics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed with professional gear makers and DIY crafters in mind.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for fabric rolls)
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialty nature of these materials, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Cut fabrics (all fabric sold by the yard/meter)
  • Opened DIY Kits
  • Closeout/clearance items (marked “Color Closeout 2019” or similar)
  • Custom orders of Challenge Sailcloth or Dyneema® Composite Fabric

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special handling notes (especially for technical fabrics like Cordura® or ECO materials)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include:

  • The original packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible
  • For exchanges: note your preferred replacement item

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) and retaining your receipt.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item you want
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  • Receive priority processing for replacement or refund
